Attorney

the lowyer who defends to the defendant

Prosecutor

the person who officially accuses someone of committing a crime

Bail

money that must be forfeited by the bondsman if an accused person fails to appear in court for trial

Bail out

it is the action to pay money for avoiding the trial

Jury

the citizens selected to evaluate the veredict... they are always common people

Court room

It is the place you go to be processed

Veredict

The final desiton that says if the defendant is guilty or not

Trial

The process that a defendant has before going to jail

Jail

It is the place you go if you commit a crime

Defendant

A person, company, etc., against whom a claim or charge is brought in a court.

Guilty

Having committed an offense, crime, violation, or wrong, esp. against Moral or penal law; justly subject to a certain accusation or penalty; culpable

Parole

The conditional release of a person from prison prior to the end of the maximum sentence imposed.

Convict

A person proved or declared guilty of an offense.

Police officer

A person having officer rank on a police force.

made to cause death.

Death row

A row of prison cells for prisoners awaiting execution.

Witness

A person who gives testimony, as in a court of law.

Rape

To force to have sexual intercourse.

Vengeance

Infliction of injury, harm or humiliation, on a person by another who has been harmed by that person; violent revenge.

Assailant

A person who attacks violently (with blows or words).
